Job summary

Baxter International is seeking a senior HR leader for Front Line Care to translate business strategy into a people strategy, oversee multi-year HR planning, and partner with executive leadership. You will design organizations, manage talent, drive performance, and champion culture across a complex, regulated multi-site footprint.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, executive coaching, change management, and aligning enterprise HR programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Translate business strategy into a people strategy.
• Develop, gain alignment on a multi-year HR plan for FLC tied to revenue growth, and monitor its effectiveness.
• Act as a full member of the business leadership team.
• Contribute to enterprise HR strategy with credibility to drive execution.
• Design organization strategy and lead restructuring when needed.
• Research HR issues and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Represent FLC in enterprise HR programs and governance.
• Own strategic workforce planning and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and accelerated development plans.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and decision making.
• Shape culture, engagement and change across the unit.
• Drive a robust reward and recognition strategy and governance.
• Ensure compliant pay decisions and HR practices across countries.
