This position serves as a trusted advisor across HR and Centers of Expertise to implement programs that support business performance and health.

Qualifications

• BS degree in an HR discipline required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in HR preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience with 5+ years generalist experience.
• Manufacturing experience in pharma or FDA-regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead plans and monitor effectiveness of HR strategies.
• Consult with management on HR and business issues, strategic and operational.
• Assess organization model and realign as needed.
• Drive talent planning, profiling, assessment and succession planning.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to align to the vision and operating processes.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders and drive change management.
