Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as a trusted advisor to Area Staff and local management, aligning HR strategy with business objectives across the area.

You will liaison with HR teams, consult with Region and Functional Partners, and guide employee relations while driving talent planning and performance improvements. You will supervise HR Managers and collaborate with leaders to implement policies, manage workforce risk, and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships at senior levels and lead HR teams.
