Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities and collaborate with local leadership to ensure effective HR processes.
• Evaluate HR issues and partner with leaders on workforce plans.
• Balance conflicting views and mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development training, and evaluate mid-year/annual reviews and compensation.
• Communicate benefit changes and manage OFCCP data for audits.
• Measure performance using the HR scorecard to celebrate wins or address concerns.
• Partner with TA on staffing strategies, staffing calls, and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
