Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Illinois to oversee equipment reliability, safe conditions, and product quality. You will manage the production process, perform periodic checks, and lead staffing and training of team members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience (or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience) and may prefer a Master’s degree. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 year of leadership experience.
• Or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices.
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
