Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Human Resources Manager in San Diego, CA to oversee all HR activities and partner with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of processes and programs supporting business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities, including collaborating with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
• Evaluate HR issues and needs to deliver strategic responses with workforce plans.
• Balance conflicting views and mediate employee relations issues as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development training, and evaluate mid-year/annual performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Communicate benefit-related changes and manage OFCCP data for audits.
• Measure performance using HR scorecard and address concerns as needed.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies, staffing calls, and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
