Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in North Jackson, OH, is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR activities for site operations, including employment, employee relations, compensation, policy interpretation, and records maintenance.

You will coach managers, implement HR programs, ensure legal compliance, support onboarding and leave management, and drive initiatives on performance reviews, benefits, and ITAR/ISO 9001 awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5–10 years HR experience required.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• ITAR/ISO 9001 awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and related records.
• Coach managers and employees on HR initiatives and policy.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and administer HR programs.
