Job summary

You will advise hospital leadership on complex HR matters, support staffing through recruitment and retention, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will develop orientation and culture training, handle investigations, and align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of HR management experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs house-wide HR operations, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Leads recruitment for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
