Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to oversee employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR systems in Texas. You will partner with leaders to implement policy administration, performance management, and training initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with HRIS (UKG) and full-cycle payroll. You will also coordinate compliance programs, safety integration, and HR projects, while supporting events and handbook

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of HR experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits
• UKG system administration and full-cycle payroll experience advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• HR-related certification or MBA is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update job descriptions.
• Lead performance assessments and development processes.
• Advise managers on personnel practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations.
• Administer disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Manage social media and internal communications.
• Support Safety & Health Management System and incident reporting.
• Maintain ITC Associate Handbook; assist with company events.
• Oversee DOT PHMSA Drug & Alcohol compliance, including pre-employment and random testing.
• Assist with HR budgets, compensation programs, and payroll implementation.
