Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or related field preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: works with service centers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Onboarding: responsible for all phases of recruiting and onboarding.
• HR policies: develop and administer compliant HR policies.
• Employee relations: act as consultant/mediator to management and staff.
• Payroll: payroll input, corrections, and approvals for hourly positions.
• Benefits: promote IFCO benefits plans and assist with enrollments.
• Training: schedule/coordinate HR-related trainings at service centers.
• Reporting: complete payroll and attendance reporting.
• Data: maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
