Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR preferred.
• Ability to travel to company meetings and events.

• Ability to resolve complex problems with sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective collaboration with peers, regional and corporate leadership, and the sales force.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: partner with leaders on engagement needs and resolve issues, manage leave programs, monitor turnover, and conduct exit interviews.
• Org Design & Workforce Planning: lead talent assessment, recruitment support, onboarding, development planning, and workforce forecasting across regions.
• Employee Experience: study engagement data to create memorable experiences and strengthen culture.
• Analytics & Insights: use data to influence decision-making and present leadership metrics.
• Compliance and Policy Management: ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Data Integrity and Administration: maintain HR data accuracy and streamline workflows.
