The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), and proficiency with HRIS systems such as ADP WorkforceNow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of full-scale HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR/Business/Organization management.
• Experience with HRIS such as ADP WorkforceNow.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and confidentiality aware.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment across the organization; collaborate with Hiring Managers.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollments; liaison with carriers.
• Provide workforce support and employee relations guidance.
• Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and HR process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and divisional budgets.
