Job summary

Jendco Safety Supply, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function during growth. You will report to the CFO and act as the primary HR leader for employees and managers, guiding payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.

This hands-on leader will build scalable HR processes, manage HRIS and reports, and drive employee engagement while collaborating with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on generalist/management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance; proven employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR priorities, policies, and metrics aligned with business needs.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding lifecycle.
• Guide performance management, training, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance, HRIS data integrity, and reporting.
• Coach managers and partner with leadership on workforce planning.
