Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processing.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Director to execute priorities and support company goals.
• Promote morale, retention, and attendance; implement changes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for production roles.
• Oversee onboarding and training programs.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile timesheets.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data changes.
• Coach managers on performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Handle Leave of Absence and Workers' Comp administration and questions.
• Track HR metrics monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Assist Plant Management with plant-specific reports and projects.
• Complete ongoing HR projects from Divisional HR Manager.
