Job summary

JND, a rapidly growing national beauty retail brand headquartered in the DFW area, is hiring HR leaders at manager and director levels. You will own HR operations and multi-state compliance for corporate HQ and a large dispersed retail workforce.

The Director role sets HR strategy, builds the function, and partners with executive leadership during a high-growth phase. You will own ADP HRIS/payroll, employee relations, benefits, and total rewards while coaching store and corporate managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, with 2+ years in HR management for Manager level or 8+ years with 4+ in leadership for Director level.
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience for payroll and benefits.
• Experience managing a W-2 multi-state workforce with state-specific wage, hour, and leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Own HR strategy and operations for a multi-state, W-2 hourly and salaried workforce; scale the HR function through high growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, policy, and culture.
• Develop, maintain, and roll out HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and supporting documentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members; advise and train store and corporate managers.
