• Seven years of progressively responsible HR experience, including CA employment rules.
• Experience across employee relations, recruitment, compensation, leaves, investigations.
• Multisite or multi-entity coordination and compliance calendars.

• Guide managers on employee relations and investigations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, leaves and benefits.
• Maintain HR policies, HRIS, and payroll handoffs.
• Supervise compliance calendars, corporate records and audits.
• Coordinate records transfers across affiliates and teams.
