Global Market Foods (GMF) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple facilities, focusing on strategic partnership with site managers and comprehensive HR support including employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, 2+ years as HR Manager, and a track record of managing HR across locations, driving improvements, and fostering a compliant, inclusive

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in food manufacturing or startup environments.
• Minimum 2 years of HR Manager experience.
• Experience managing HR across multiple facilities.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll administration.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned facilities, providing expert support on HR matters.
• Oversee daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and career development.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain company policies.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts and drive onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
