Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years of HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR for a larger workforce or multi-site organization.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR compliance, performance management, recruiting, compensation, and benefits.
• Experience with workplace safety, workers' compensation, and OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations across multiple business units and locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and California employment regulations; manage employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work programs; lead Cal-OSHA compliance and safety initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems; support growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Supervise HR staff and collaborate with managers to improve communication, retention, and accountability.
