Eaton's Commercial Products & Assemblies (CPA) business is hiring an HR Manager to lead the HR function at one of our largest manufacturing sites in El Paso, TX. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will shape the people strategy for a 1,000-person engineer-to-order operation and drive high-performance, sustainable HR programs.

You will implement culture and organization effectiveness, performance management, and talent strategies while ensuring legal compliance across US jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of Wage and Salary Administration, Labor Relations, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, FMLA.
• Administrative knowledge includes Benefits Administration, Budgeting, Forecasting, Wage and Salary Administration.
• Leadership and supervisory skills required.
• Sponsorship/immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.
