Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Human Resource Manager for our Wilsonville, OR facility. Relocation assistance is available for qualified U.S. candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resource (HR) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to the operations leadership team.
• Drive HR functional excellence, ensuring standardization and alignment to HR frameworks.
• Oversee staffing, talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliant HR policies, practices, records, and operating review processes.
• Coach and influence leadership on policies and regulatory requirements to drive an engaged culture.
• Administer compensation practices and generate reports for regulatory, budgeting and auditing purposes.
