Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Atlanta, GA site. The role emphasizes intensive investigations and employee relations, while overseeing a team of 3–4 recruiters, and handling full-cycle HR, including FMLA, ADA, LOA, and compliance.

You will partner with local leadership to shape the employee experience, drive a positive culture, and ensure HR practices reflect integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of full-cycle HR experience in a high-volume environment.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience conducting and thoroughly documenting workplace investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in a very large, high-volume environment, including performance issues and workplace disputes.
• Conduct thorough, impartial workplace investigations and provide action-oriented recommendations.
• Proactively address employee concerns through coaching and problem solving to reduce risk and improve engagement.
• Mediate conflicts at all levels ensuring fair, timely resolutions aligned with policies and laws.
• Manage and develop a team of 3–4 recruiters and oversee hiring events and high-volume talent acquisition.
• Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding, including attending and overseeing hiring events.
