Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Redmond, WA to lead HR operations for the local office, including employee relations, investigations, performance processes, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of HR experience, familiarity with HRIS systems, and knowledge of employment laws affecting hourly workforces.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and HR experience may be considered.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet state HR or security industry licensing requirements, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations including employee relations, investigations, and coaching.
• Partner with leadership to shape the employee experience and culture.
• Oversee performance management, corrective actions, and team development.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for hourly and high-volume hiring; oversee onboarding.
• Manage licensing, credentialing, and required training.
• Maintain HR documentation, investigation files, compliance records, and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with company standards and laws.
• Advise leadership on HR best practices, risk mitigation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
