Job summary

CFS in the United States is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead a broad, hands-on HR function and own the employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding. You will guide HR team members, drive key initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to shape people programs.

This role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HRIS/ATS administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3+ years of people management experience.
• Broad experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits/total rewards, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS/ATS platforms and federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Manage and develop HR team members, delegating priorities and ensuring high-quality HR support.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance issues, compensation planning, and workforce needs.
• Oversee HRIS/ATS administration, employee records, reporting, analytics, and HR program execution.
• Coordinate employee development, manager training, company events, and culture initiatives.
