Job summary

Talent Navigation Experts is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, build the HR team, coach managers through employee relations and performance issues, and oversee investigations. You will manage benefits administration, leave and accommodations, engagement, and the Paycom HRIS to support a safety‑focused, family‑centric culture.

This role requires 4+ years of HR leadership, strong employment-law knowledge, and a track record of developing staff and systems in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR leadership experience with a track record of building teams.
• 3+ years in HR Generalist or Employee Relations with investigations and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, leave administration and accommodations.
• Experience leading HR staff and managing HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ years leadership in lieu of degree considered.
• Construction or manufacturing experience and PHR certification preferred.
