This role will align policies with corporate objectives, advise management, and drive compliance with employment laws while conducting investigations and coaching leaders.

The role requires residence in California, hospitality industry experience, and strong communication. The position is remote with a focus on regional HR support and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR, business, or hospitality preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM credentials preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or large hourly workforce required.
• Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design and implement employee strategies, policies, and programs.
• Lead HR Specialists to optimize effectiveness in their areas of responsibility.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to regional leaders and GMs.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and assure compliance.
• Advise and train managers on employee relations and culture development.
• Identify high-performers and partner with operations to develop progression paths.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain compliant and competitive employee relations.
