What you will be doing
Supports the succession and career planning process for Supply Chain Corporate Groups by assessing current leadership depth issues, facilitates talent reviews, develops internal candidates for key positions, assesses leaders for potential and readiness for promotion, recommends training and development needs, and provides career counseling and support to individual development planning (manages career development plans).
The position will be based in Boise, ID or one of our main regional offices (Pleasanton CA, Plano, TX).
Main responsibilities
The salary range is $102.700 to $143,800 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
