As a Manager of Human Resources (HR) on the Centralized HR team (CHRT), you'll serve as a manager within our Leave of Absence (LOA) organization, leading a team of LOA supervisors and leave specialists. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, risk mitigation, triage and assignments, overseeing the team’s SharePoint page, and coordinating analytics and reporting. You’ll proactively build relationships in a collaborative environment while making Progressive a great place to work.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings or training.
