Manager Human Resources - Leave of Absence

As a Manager of Human Resources (HR) on the Centralized HR team (CHRT), you'll serve as a manager within our Leave of Absence (LOA) organization, leading a team of LOA supervisors and leave specialists. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, risk mitigation, triage and assignments, overseeing the team’s SharePoint page, and coordinating analytics and reporting. You’ll proactively build relationships in a collaborative environment while making Progressive a great place to work.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings or training.

Must-have Qualifications
  • A minimum of nine years of related work experience in HR or business operations, with at least three years leading people, processes, projects, or cross-functional teams.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of six years of related work experience with at least three years in a leadership role.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing complex leave cases and leading large teams.
  • Experience with leave of absence programs, Workday platform, and knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and related laws.
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to leverage data effectively.
  • Extensive coaching and development skills.
Compensation
  • $72,100 - $127,700/year depending on experience.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 30% based on company performance.
