Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a senior HR leader to manage the HR M&A integration portfolio and act as a strategic partner on front-end transactions, coordinating with Business Development, Legal and BU HR to shape pre-diligence and seamless integration strategies.

You will oversee portfolio priorities, risks and resources, develop program and project managers, and drive governance across HR M&A activities, ensuring timely milestones and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with significant involvement in M&A due diligence and integration.
• Proven people leadership experience with track record of managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence and translate findings into deal strategy, risks, and integration priorities.
• Lead front-end HR integration strategy and planning for acquisitions.
• Oversee deal governance across HR M&A portfolio, including risks, decisions, priorities, and resource needs.
• Manage and develop Program Managers and Project Managers.
• Partner with HR M&A Operations for execution across Compensation, Benefits, Data, People Integration, Payroll, and related workstreams.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Business Development, and HR COEs throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Ensure each deal has the right team, resources, and support based on complexity and timing.
• Drive clarity on ownership, decision-making, escalation, and milestones.
• Build team capability in diligence, integration strategy, and end-to-end deal leadership.
• Provide senior HR leadership during critical deal and integration milestones.
