Job summary

Boston Scientific Minnesota seeks an experienced HR leader to own the HR M&A integration portfolio and serve as a strategic partner during acquisitions. You will drive pre-diligence alignment and integration planning with a focus on effective governance.

You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Legal, and BU HR to shape deal strategy, allocate resources, and ensure successful transition from deal strategy through integration execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with hands-on M&A due diligence & integration.
• Proven people leadership with team development history.
• Strong understanding of workforce financials, compliance, and HR operating models.
• Ability to lead senior discussions under ambiguity and time pressure.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite support during critical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence and translate findings into deal strategy, risks, and integration priorities.
• Lead front-end HR integration strategy and planning for acquisitions.
• Oversee deal governance across the HR M&A portfolio, including risks and resources.
• Manage and develop Program Managers and Project Managers.
• Partner with HR M&A Operations on Compensation, Benefits, Data, Payroll, and related workstreams.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, BD, and HR COEs throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Ensure the right team and resources based on complexity and timing.
• Drive ownership clarity, decision-making, and milestones.
• Build team capability in due diligence and end-to-end deal leadership.
• Provide senior HR leadership during critical deal milestones.
• Serve as a senior leadership backup to the Director, HR M&A COE
