Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to lead complex strategic workstreams and shape the company's long-term direction. You will independently execute strategic analyses, develop insights, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

You will collaborate with executives across the organization on portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, and capital allocation, supporting CEO, CFO, and Board initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment around fact-based recommendations.
• Experience developing and presenting materials for executive audiences.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic analyses on high-priority topics, including market sizing, competitive landscapes, white-space opportunities, emerging technologies, and changes affecting markets.
• Frame ambiguous business questions, develop hypotheses, establish analytical approaches, and oversee workstreams from problem definition through executive recommendation.
• Synthesize primary and secondary research into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership audiences.
• Proactively identify opportunities and risks across global businesses and recommend strategic actions.
