Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities in support of business objectives. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs, ensure legal compliance, and deliver a consistent employee experience across sites.

The role requires 7+ years in HR, multi-site experience, and strong knowledge of employment law. Travel to multiple California locations and Phoenix is expected; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience required.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience with generalist/manager responsibilities.
• 3-5 years supporting multi-site or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG or SAP.
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred; strong employment law knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate HR activities to support business objectives.
• Serve as strategic partner to leadership, ensuring compliant, consistent employee experience.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, policy administration and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to align HR guidance with organizational strategy.
• Lead HR projects, drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Travel regularly to support California and Phoenix operations.
