Job summary

Arcadia Products, LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR and HSSE across multi-state U.S. operations from our Vernon, California facility.

The role will partner with senior leadership to implement HR strategies, drive employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning, while aligning with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish, extensive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, and a hands-on approach to safety, regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing or multi-site operations.
• Experience supervising HR and HSSE teams.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and HSSE leadership and partner with Arcadia leadership to drive people strategies across multiple sites.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, records, HRIS transactions, and compliance.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance coaching.
• Ensure employment law compliance and risk management across California and other states.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding for hourly and professional staff.
• Drive performance, development, and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.
