• Lead organizational design, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives that improve business performance.
• Guide complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices.
• Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to drive decision-making, measure organizational health, and advance Regal Rexnord's culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Overview

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, Couplings & Gearing, the Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations across seven sites supporting approximately 500 associates. As a member of the Operations leadership team, this role provides strategic HR leadership that enables business growth, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will require relocation to the area.

As a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, this role influences key business decisions and helps shape the future workforce across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on organizational performance, leadership capability, and culture.
