Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at the Jenkintown facility. You will partner with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, and development while aligning HR practices with SOX, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.

You will supervise a small HR team, manage benefits and leaves, and coordinate with EHS and Legal to ensure compliant, efficient HR service delivery and a strong, engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 7+ years HR experience, including 3+ years leading a HR Team.
• SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted HR partner to facility leadership and coordinates with HR Director on risk management, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
• Supervises and develops 2–3 HR Generalists; drives HR service delivery and data integrity across HR processes.
• Advises managers on employee relations, policies, investigations, and performance management; coordinates with HR Director as needed.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, SOX, OSHA, FMLA and ADA; supports audits with Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Partners with EHS, Legal, Finance to align HR activities with business goals and drive workforce planning and development.
