Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Ohio branch. Lead the HR team to recruit and retain top talent for a 1.4 million square-foot warehouse in Columbus, guide performance conversations, and ensure compliance with federal and Ohio labor laws.

The role requires seven plus years in HR with management experience and extended travel for initial training at Uline's North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for 200+ employees at the Ohio branch.
• Build and coach a high-performing HR team for staffing a new facility.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance, employee relations and engagement.
• Guide performance conversations to maintain a positive, productive workplace.
