Job summary

Uline in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for 700+ employees and to partner with leaders to drive hiring, development and employee engagement.

In this hands-on leadership role you’ll build talent pipelines, hire quality talent and create an exceptional working environment for a growing company while ensuring compliance with federal and Texas employment laws. This is an on-site role at our Texas branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations.
