Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Ohio branch to lead HR operations and develop a high-performing team in a large warehouse environment. You will guide recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with a focus on staffing a new facility and maintaining compliance with federal and Ohio laws.

This on-site role requires travel for initial training across North American locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
