Job summary

Uline, a family-owned shipping supplies leader, is seeking a Human Resources Manager at our Ohio facility to guide the HR team in recruiting and retaining top talent and building an exceptional workplace.

Based in Etna/Columbus area, you will oversee HR operations for 200+ employees across warehouse, facilities and offices, drive performance conversations, and partner with leadership on staffing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
