Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR strategy and execution across more than 500 employees at multiple manufacturing locations. The role partners with plant managers and site leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

This hands-on, visible position requires strategic thinking and execution, with up to 50% travel to sites to ensure HR practices align with policy and business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple sites in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting a 500+ hourly production and warehouse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO) and investigations.
• Ability to influence site leaders and drive data-based decisions.
• Willingness to travel 50% to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to Plant Managers and site leadership across all locations.
• Standardize HR processes, policies, and communication across sites while respecting local realities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on high-volume hourly staffing and onboarding.
• Travel regularly (50%) to assigned sites to ensure HR practices on the floor align with policy.
• Coach managers on performance management and people leadership.
• Support performance review cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews.
