Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Human Resources business partner to guide HR practices across business units and headquarters. This 100% in-person role reports to BU/Regional leadership and manages HR Managers/Generalists in multiple locations, based in Columbus, OH.

The position drives talent management, succession planning, compensation guidance, and D&I initiatives while partnering with BU leaders to advance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 15 years HR exp or 5+ years at director level
• Experience with geographically dispersed, virtual and matrixed populations
• SPHR or SHRM SCP preferred
• Construction or construction-related industries exp preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Talent Management strategies to achieve BU/Region goals
• Partner with BU/regional leadership and HRLT to cascade decisions
• Drive D&I initiatives and employee health and wellbeing
• Develop staffing, career progression, and mobility in BU/region
• Oversee salary/merit guidance and performance management
