Responsibilities include policy interpretation, compliance with labor laws, and partnering with operations leaders to drive change. This role requires strong communication, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years’ HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions for assigned stations with support from regional and corporate teams.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee talent development and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labour laws.
• Partner with operations leaders to align culture with company objectives.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and workforce planning.
