Job summary

Uline is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR for 15 U.S. distribution centers, including hands-on recruitment for hubs in CA, IL, PA, TX and WI. You will lead HR strategy to build and develop the teams powering our distribution network.

The role requires 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years supervisory, plus distribution/warehouse recruiting. On-site work and strong leadership are essential to success in this high-visibility position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Recruitment experience in a distribution/warehouse setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR initiatives across 1,300+ employees at distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and recruit for key roles.
• Develop and coach an HR team to support a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to deliver HR processes and programs aligned to business goals.
