Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR functions across assigned stations, aligned with the Regional HR Director. You will partner with operations leaders and frontline staff to ensure culture and performance meet company goals, handling complex investigations and talent management.

Join a team focused on labor relations, policy guidance, and effective change management, reporting to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years’ HR Generalist, HR business Partner experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions for assigned stations with support from Regional HR Director.
• Partner with field operations leaders and employees to align culture with objectives.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support learning & development programs and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance to leadership on policy interpretation and changes.
• Support change management during major organizational initiatives.
