• Experience in employee and labor relations, investigations, and workplace mediation.
• Strong ability to coach leaders and provide strategic HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations and provide objective findings with actionable outcomes.
• Mediate disputes and coach managers on performance and relations.
• Interpret and apply statewide labor agreements and union guidelines.
• Design and deliver trainings on conflict resolution and labor relations.
• Collaborate with legal teams on EEOC/CCRD matters and policy updates.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
