Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to bridge employee relations and labor-management partnerships. You’ll lead investigations, mediate disputes, coach leaders, and navigate statewide labor agreements, shaping modern HR practices across the agency.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience in employee and labor relations and investigations.
• Combination of education and experience totaling seven years acceptable.
• Document detailed experience in the application.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations with fair, objective execution and actionable findings.
• Mediate disputes and coach leaders to improve relationships and performance.
• Advise supervisors on performance coaching and employee relations practices.
• Navigate labor agreements and interpret bargaining guidelines.
• Design and deliver trainings on labor relations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with legal offices on complex matters and CCRD/EEOC claims.
• Refresh and maintain current employment policies.
• Utilize HR dashboards to spot trends and drive improvements.
