Responsibilities

• Leads complex data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Partners with stakeholders to define business needs and translate objectives into analytical workstreams.
• Designs and improves reports, models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
• Evaluates processes and service models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develops recommendations for solving complex problems considering tradeoffs and impacts.
• Leads projects or components, coordinating milestones, inputs, data, and communication plans.
• Monitors progress and communicates insights, risks, and recommendations to management.
• Supports future-state processes, testing, and readiness activities tied to solutions.
• Acts as a resource sharing analytical methods and best practices.
