Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at the plant level, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, ensuring Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) compliance where applicable. This role acts as an extension of the HR Manager, tackling complex employee relations issues and workforce planning.

You will partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, training, payroll accuracy, and HRIS excellence while fostering

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, CBAs and internal HR policies.
• Oversee workforce planning and onboarding in collaboration with recruiting and leadership.
• Drive training and development initiatives for leadership and staff.
• Manage performance management cycles for hourly and salaried employees and mentor junior HR staff.
• Serve as escalation point for payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Lead HR operations, including HRIS, record management and KPI reporting.
