Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at a plant level, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and CBA compliance where applicable. This role supports the HR Manager and partners with employees, supervisors and managers to resolve complex ER issues.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of labor laws, CBAs and HR policies, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• English required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CLRP, or other union/labor relations certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution and grievance support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, CBAs (where applicable) and internal HR policies.
• Oversee workforce planning and onboarding partnerships with recruiting and leadership.
• Drive training and development initiatives including leadership development and compliance training.
• Manage performance management cycles for hourly and salaried employees with data analysis and reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Lead HR operations, HRIS, KPI reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
