Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking an experienced HR Generalist specialized in team member relations to support manufacturing and corporate functions in a salaried, onsite role in Jackson, TN. You will partner with leaders across departments to implement fair policies, conduct exit interviews, and administer benefits while driving engagement and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 6+ years in HR generalist roles, and strong communication skills in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• PHR or SPHR designation preferred
• 6+ years of HR generalist experience with strong team member relations background in corporate and manufacturing settings

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team member relations and resolve issues with management and staff
• Ensure fair application of policy and past practice
• Conduct exit interviews and discuss results with HR
• Draft policies and procedures with HR colleagues
• Standardize hiring of hourly staff and review terminations
• Negotiate service contracts and assist with surveys and morale analysis
• Lead or support company leave policies and benefit programs administration
• Maintain knowledge of organization, plants, processes, and products
