Job summary

Lennox AES in Tallassee, AL is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, training and total rewards for a distributed workforce of 270+ employees. This on-site role partners with leadership to drive HR initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits administration, workforce planning, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR Advisor to leadership and employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Oversee HRIS data management, timekeeping and payroll-related processes.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a positive experience.
• Partner with business to maintain staffing levels and support recruitment.
• Drive HR initiatives, training, and change management efforts.
• Support employee engagement, benefits, and wellness programs.
